Stomp Lox / LaRon SPD Shoes
Made in Japan exclusively for LaRon, we are dynamically delighted to re-introduce the wide toe boxed Stomp Lox SLAK SPD cycling shoe collaboration. I came across these shoes 4 years ago and just had to have them. Problem was they were not yet offered in euro american sizes, so i offered my foot to science, and over the span of the next several years Mamiya at Stomp Lox and I worked together to get these shoes made at a high end shoe shop in Japan of the highest quality materials we could source.
top grain leather uppers with brass hardware and a unique wide toe box allowing for proper toe wiggle that does wonders for circulation, especially if you have dainty digits that get chilly on rides, or experience general numbness from the tiny toe boxes of trad clipless shoes. These haute hush puppies are designed to be highly bike hikeable, while offering moderate stiffness for all day rides with optional stops at the bowling ally. 300 club indeed!
compatible with all 2 bolt cleat systems
if these are too spendy for your wallet, there is a suede Chinese made version for $65 less that you can get from Stomp Lox in Japan.
full sizes only (reference size chart in photos)
cleat plates included
vibram sole
resoleable
returnable if you just want to try them on and not sure of your size
proudly made in Japan
Note: Stomp Lox has their own version of these made in in china in smaller and wider sizes. If you have smaller feet and don’t mind the china thing, then you can order direct from Stomp Lox at stomplox.com
Only the shoes that have the LaRon rose tulip and brass hardware are made in Japan. Thanks!
