The original hard bodied Fabio's line by LaRon began with the "wizard sleeve" in the summer of 2016.  At this time Ronnie had been living off his bike(s) as a cheep and instagram friendly way of travel between fishing jobs. By year 5 of this lifestyle, Ronnie was looking to shed the racks of his more traditional touring set up as the routes got rougher and touring turned to bike packing in the world lexicon.

Ronnie: "The profile of the (now trad) bike packing set up was never my cup of coffee.  The wizard sleeve (later the Fabio's Chest) was/is an aesthetically pleasing and functional way of carrying a lot of stuff close to your bike like modern bike packing reckless bags, yet unlike modern bike packing bags, you will want to keep these sacks on your bike for general commuter and fashion purposes."
