All our products ship as a direct-to-you piece Monday-Friday; excluding Federal Holidays. Human hands have handled and packed your items.  

We do not believe in any additional branding beyond the product itself and shoot for a less-is-more approach when it comes to branding and packaging altogether.  In an effort to reduce waste, all items are shipped without any tags with plastic attachments, mailers, stickers, cross-promotional catalogs, or booklets. Just a postcard with a beautiful photo taken by ole Ronnie. 

Cardboard boxes, brown paper stuffing, and postcard can be used as a fire starter for your next campfire- or reused if possible.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in new condition to qualify for a refund. A 6% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. You are responsible for return shipping costs; however, we can provide a return label upon request, and the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

We will fix any manufacturing issue on any bag on our end; shipping back and forth will be on us in this rare instance. 
Our bags are intended to be repairable even when they've been well used to extend their life for more seasons of riding. please reach out to tenzin@ronsbikes.com to discuss details.

We do not offer a direct product exchange service.

If you would like to exchange an item, the process will be the same as a 𝕣𝕖𝕥𝕦𝕣𝕟, followed by placing a new order for the desired item. This makes sure that you get what you want and we don't short-change ourselves on paying for shipping. While we understand this may not be the most convenient option, this approach allows us to continue operating sustainably as a small, two-person business. 

We truly appreciate your understanding and are always happy to assist with your return or new order.
