TRAINING PLAN: FEB 17 - FEB 23

HI Friends,

Good to have you! Here we again with another week of focused goals and a name change. I'd like to go from being called "Nam" to "Arya" from now. I will always be "Nams" to my immediate family and "Namdol" to the Tibetan community- if you do not fit these categories, please call me Arya. This is the name of my late father Palden Gyalpo's fabled lineage and I'm nervously taking on the responsibility that comes with it. 

Happy Lunar New Year of the IRON OX. The year of the Ox brings with it the characteristics of hard work, discipline, and duty- take those characteristics however it suits you. I've been reaching for greater connection with the moon energies for the balance in the previous year (Mouse) which is filled with sun-type energy. Since the Ox is more of a chill vibes energy, the balance seeking Libra in me yet again goes for that YANG energy to bring in the discipline and organization I'm craving for in life.
