Fabio's Chest MINI

I purchased a handlebar bag from a popular company and when it arrived, I was immediately disappointed in the build quality. It felt flimsy brand new, which made me wonder what it would be like after some light bikepacking/touring/small-child-hauling. I returned it and was lost, wandering, looking for a quality bag to carry important sundries around town. That's when my friend recommended the Fabio's Chest line of bags. A small company here in my home state of Connecticut? That makes quality bags manufactured here in the USA? I was sold!... and when it arrived, I was not disappointed. The thoughtfulness, design, and quality materials that go into these bags is fantastic. Highly recommended! Would buy again (and probably will, once I get rid of this child carrier)

Incredible! I just took it on its maiden voyage in Aspen and loaded it up with stuff from the farmer's market. It stayed totally centered, didn't mess with the steering at all, and looks super sharp. It's very well-made. I'll definitely be buying more products from Ron and team!

Ron and his bag maker(s) really nailed it with this one. Perfect size and the side pockets are super handy for storing a phone or camera etc. It goes without saying that Ron and his ‘design team’ have exquisite taste and it is reflected in this bag. Looks so awesome. I’ve had a few compliments already! Installation is easy and it fits super solid on the bike with a decent bag support. The top Velcro straps are very robust and solid. Re design; the only addition I would like to see on this and all future Ron bags is an extension / addition of some webbing up around up back bottom corners and middle. This is because there are a range of bags supports available now and it would just make installing easier and cleaner as you can hook the webbing through the bottom of the bag support (some would fit the middle webbing strap and others the outer corner straps). Incidentally the haute bike twisted t rack works perfectly with this particular bag. Looks super clean too. Ron’s bags rule! Keep up the good work fellow saddle sniffers!

Baby Bear’s Bag- which is to say: it’s just right. The sexy little twisty clamp closure; the tasty stitching; the iconic tulip patch; the spacious and semi-salacious interior; the stiffness of the shape; the sultriness of the color…holds everything I need, with room for frivolity. What else could you ask for? A side order of granola maybe.

Love it. Very well constructed. Great size for long day rides. Not cheap but well worth it.

For years I simply used a Trader Joe's box in a bag on my Bike Friday's rear rack because I could not get myself to pull the trigger on anything until I saw the YouTube on the Fabio's Chest Merini! Doubtless, I'm a hard case; Whatever, I love the look of the Mini; it fits on my Brook's saddle wonderfully & it's fun to use. It's always a treat to find a perfect fitting piece of kit!

Love the yellow color!!! The price reflects the craftsmanship and quality of the materials. I ride 44cm drop bars and this is about as big a handlebar bag I can squeeze up front. I appreciate that you can run it basket-style and also with upper stuff sack/flap. 2 bags in one! It really shines as a saddlebag, which I've used it for mostly. X-Pac version notably lighter than the waxed cotton duck. Combine with a Nitto/OAC rack behind the saddle FTW!
